Most Of Windows 7 Users getting this type of Problem.

Start >> Run >> gpedit.msc >> User Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Windows Components >> Windows Update.
In this You can find Do not display install updates and shutdown.... Enable it ..Then your problem is solved
